Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to coordinate across WWPS Sales, Finance, and technical teams. The role focuses on building scalable operational mechanisms, generating actionable insights, and driving GenAI-enabled reporting and analytics across WWPS for leadership reviews.

The ideal candidate will translate complex usage, pipeline, financial, and operational data into clear insights, supporting strategic growth and efficiency improvements in a high-growth tech

Qualifications

• Experience in finance, business management and sales operations.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage, pipeline, financial, and operational data to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
• Leverage GenAI to create and maintain dashboards and recurring metrics for leadership reviews.
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting as part of operational cadences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
• Prepare clear summaries and narratives communicating findings, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and automate processes, including GenAI-enabled solutions.
• Support ad hoc analyses and strategic initiatives across WWPS.
