Job summary

AWS EMEA SARL (UK Branch) seeks a Sr. CSM to drive modernization and cloud-native transformation for AWS’s top ISV customers in EMEA.

You will lead agentic AI initiatives, prototype production-ready AI solutions, and co-design customer roadmaps from ideation through monetization. The role requires hands-on delivery experience, strong communication with executives, and the ability to align AWS teams to deliver measurable customer business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience architecting and delivering agentic AI systems and multi-agent orchestration.
• Proven ability to prototype AI-enabled solutions with customer-facing demos.
• Experience delivering or consulting on SaaS products with multi-tenant architectures.

Responsibilities

• Guide the largest AWS customers on multi-year cloud journeys and transformations.
• Coordinate across Sales, Support, Solutions Architecture, and Professional Services to deliver outcomes.
• Translate strategic initiatives into executable actions and drive go-live events and adoption.
