Job summary

Amazon is seeking a proactive Business Operations Analyst to help drive data-driven decision making within Worldwide Public Sector Field Sales Operations. The role interfaces with Sales, Finance, and technical teams to build scalable processes and reporting and to advance GenAI-enabled solutions.

The ideal candidate will transform complex data into actionable insights, support operating cadences, and contribute to strategic narratives for senior WWPS leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
• Experience analyzing finance, pipeline, and operational data to generate actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Analyze usage, pipeline, financial, and operational data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Leverage GenAI to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and metrics; drive adoption of GenAI-enabled analytics across WWPS.
• Support forecasting, pipeline reviews, and performance reporting within business cadences.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable analytical solutions.
• Create clear summaries and narratives communicating findings, risks, and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve processes and data quality via automation and analytics.
