• Ideally a PhD or master's in a relevant field with extensive data science experience.
• Proven record deploying and operationalizing AI/ML models at scale in enterprise settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills to influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Aufgaben

• Oversee and manage a team of data scientists responsible for developing predictive models, prompt-based LLM solutions, autonomous agents and agentic systems.
• Lead the design, build, and deployment of impactful AI and data-driven applications with Product, Business and Engineering teams, using cloud, data mesh and knowledge base tech.
• Distill and communicate complex analytical findings to senior leadership to inform strategic decisions.
• Manage end-to-end model development lifecycle including planning, execution, risk management, and alignment with business objectives.
• Adhere to model risk management, responsible AI, and governance standards including explainability and fairness.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed AI into workflows and drive change and efficiency.
• Integrate data science solutions into operational workflows to deliver business value and adoption.
• Guide research initiatives and pilot projects for GenAI and agentic technologies.
• Implement robust drift monitoring and model retraining to maintain accuracy.
