Qualifications

• Experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
• Proven deployment, operation and management of AI/ML models in a large enterprise.
• Experience with AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable data pipelines.
• Experience with A/B experimentation and production‑quality code.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for technical and business audiences.
• Scientific mindset and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience building and deploying multi-agent systems and orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end model development lifecycle planning and execution.
• Design multi-agent systems with orchestration layers and HITL controls.
• Implement drift monitoring and model retraining for sustained performance.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI/agentic systems and outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed AI into workflows and drive efficiency.
• Develop AI and data-driven applications using cloud, data mesh, and knowledge bases.
• Integrate analytics into operational workflows to maximize business value and adoption.
• Communicate analytical findings and recommendations to senior leadership.
