Qualifications

• Experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record deploying AI/ML models at scale.
• Experience with AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable pipelines.
• Strong communication to technical and business audiences.
• Ability to work independently and in a matrix environment.
• Experience building multi-agent systems and production-grade integration.
• Experience with A/B testing and production-grade code.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end model development lifecycle.
