JPMorgan Chase in Risk Technology seeks a Lead Agentic Gen AI/NLQ Engineer – Vice President to leadership a team delivering scalable, NLQ-enabled AI solutions for risk management. You will collaborate across Data Science, Product, and Business units and mentor engineers to raise the bar on AI engineering practices.

You will drive design, experimentation, and deployment of generative and agentic AI across enterprise data sources, ensuring secure, production-grade infrastructure and governance.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field.
• Experience in data science and natural language querying, including end-to-end pipelines on AWS.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Hands-on system design, development, testing, and operational stability.
• Experience using LangGraph for multi-agent orchestration and NLQ integration.
• Experience with AWS and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the deployment and scaling of generative AI and agentic AI solutions for the Risk business, focusing on NLQ across data sources.
• Design and implement enterprise-wide AI frameworks and NLQ capabilities for diverse data types.
• Develop multi-agent systems for orchestration, memory, telemetry, guardrails, and NLQ-driven data retrieval.
• Guide research on prompts to improve model performance and NLQ accuracy with LangGraph.
• Develop and maintain tools for prompt-based agent evaluation, monitoring, and enterprise-scale orchestration.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for scalable NLQ-enabled data querying.
• Write secure, high-quality production code and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with Data Science, Product, and Business teams to define requirements and deliver NLQ-enabled solutions.
• Communicate technical concepts and results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.
