Qualifications

• Experience in data science, analytics or a related field.
• Proven track record of deploying AI, ML, and advanced analytics models in a large-scale enterprise.
• Experience in AI/ML algorithms, statistical modeling, and scalable data processing pipelines.
• Experience with A/B experimentation and producing production-quality code.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and business audiences.
• Scientific mindset with ability to innovate and work independently and in a team.
• Ability to thrive in a matrix environment and collaborate across locations.
• Proven experience building and deploying multi-agent systems with orchestration frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate proficiency in the end-to-end model development lifecycle, including planning and execution.
• Design and implement multi-agent systems with orchestration layers and HITL controls.
• Implement drift monitoring and model retraining for sustained performance.
• Define evaluation frameworks for AI/agentic systems and outcomes.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed AI into workflows and drive efficiency.
• Design, build, and deploy AI/data-driven apps using cloud and knowledge-base tech.
