Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. in London seeks a Senior Associate – AI Delivery Manager to establish and lead the AI Centre of Excellence within International Consumer Banking, embedding a new operating model and driving GenAI adoption.

You will support end-to-end AI delivery, align initiatives with strategy, govern risk, and build strong partnerships across risk, legal, and business lines to scale responsible GenAI. This role shapes culture and the operating model for AI across ICB.

Qualifications

• Experience leading complex transformation or portfolio delivery in digital, data, or AI within regulated environments.
• Ability to define and execute strategy with measurable commercial outcomes and align senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support the establishment of the AI Centre of Excellence for ICB
• Support and shape the delivery of ICB's AI strategy and roadmap, translating priorities into actionable plans
• Support the embedding of AI strategy across ICB through clear communications and leadership forums
• Support defining and managing AI OKRs, tracking outcomes and course-correcting as needed
• Run intake and triage processes prioritizing based on business value and risk
• Support GenAI delivery standards, playbooks for evaluation, safety, and monitoring
• Support compliance with internal policies, model risk governance and regulatory requirements
• Support cultural change to scale responsible GenAI use across ICB
• Support delivery of a high-performance AI delivery team and operating model
• Cultivate partnerships across JPMorganChase platforms, risk, legal, and business lines
