Job summary

JPMorganChase seeks an Executive Director to lead a team of AI practitioners in the Applied Artificial Intelligence group within Corporate Investment Banking. You will own shared AI capabilities and oversee end-to-end delivery of agentic automation for priority Operations processes, setting technical direction and ensuring safe, scalable deployment across live operations.

You will mentor engineers, drive best practices, and align multiple teams to common goals while communicating effectively

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and shipping AI systems.
• Experience with agentic systems in production including orchestration, tool use, context assembly and HIL design.
• Experience leading high-performing AI teams and cross-functional delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and evolve shared applied AI capabilities across agent orchestration and human-in-the-loop surfaces.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of agentic solutions for Operations processes.
• Mentor AI engineers and practitioners, fostering excellence and continuous learning.
• Define technical direction and ensure safe integration of AI-driven solutions into live operations.
• Coordinate across partner streams and manage dependencies without escalation.
• Build stakeholder confidence by translating technical constraints into business impact.
