Job summary

Randstad Education is seeking a Science Teacher to deliver GCSE Biology, Chemistry and Physics at a 14-16 provision in Warwick. You will plan and deliver high-quality lessons, support learners with diverse needs, and help shape a new curriculum within a small college setting.

The role requires QTS or QTLS, and a proven track record in GCSE Science with a focus on inclusive practice and safeguarding. Full-time permanent position, term-time plus 39 teaching weeks per year, based in Warwick.

Qualifications

• Must hold QTS or QTLS with UK recognition.
• Proven track record teaching GCSE Science to GCSE specifications.
• Experience supporting learners with SEND, EAL, or SEMH.
• Knowledge of safeguarding principles and welfare of young people.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and deliver GCSE Science lessons across Biology, Chemistry, and Physics.
• Monitor student progress and implement targeted interventions.
• Create a safe, positive classroom culture with high expectations.
• Collaborate with Headteacher and parents to support learners.
