Qualifications

3+ years of teaching or assessing Pearson Edexcel GCSE Science and/or A Level in the title science area.
Represent Pearson Edexcel professionally and align with centre guidance.
Attend a training day with the chair of examiners to discuss materials and requirements.
Be prepared to travel to events or training within the West Midlands/Hereford area.

Responsibilities

Centre visits/Zoom/telephone support to guide centres through GCSE Science and A Level Biology, Chemistry and Physics qualifications and materials.
Provide guidance on endorsed titles and create teaching resources for the Pearson website; attend stakeholder meetings as appropriate.
Provide subject expertise and market feedback to inform future developments and support materials.
Attend meetings with the senior team to advise on training materials, resources and administration.
Run online events and engage teacher groups on social media to support Pearson Edexcel in answering queries.
Be a role model for outstanding pedagogy in the endorsed title.
