Sureserve Compliance South is recruiting a gas installation professional to support London and the South East. You will manage installations, ensuring adherence to survey specifications and client criteria while complying with all regulations.

The role offers career progression within a leading UK energy services provider. The successful candidate will have ACS gas qualifications, a valid UK driving licence, and a strong focus on customer service.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (≤6 points).
• Social housing experience desired but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsabilités

• Oversee day-to-day management of the installation assigned.
• Complete installation to survey/client specifications and regulations.
• Report any issues to the installation supervisor.
• Complete contract paperwork and obtain required signatures.
• Maintain professionalism and high standards of cleanliness on site.
• Attend recalls at the request of the installation supervisor.
• Finish installations within the set time frame.
• Complete all timesheets and H&S documentation.
• Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures are followed.
• Ensure all certifications and documentation are completed accurately.

We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role

• Day-to-day management of the installation you have been assigned
• Complete the installation to the specification of the survey and the client criteria and to all governing body regulations
• Report any reasons why the above cannot be achieved to your installation supervisor
• To complete all contract-specific paperwork at the time of the installation and acquire all necessary signatures
• Carry out your duties professionally and courteously, show awareness and respect for other people’s property, and maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of your work
• To return to any recalls at the request of your installation supervisor
• Complete the assigned installation within the set time frame
• Complete all paperwork including timesheets and H&S Monitoring forms
• Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to
• Ensuring all certification and documentation is completed accurately

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
