Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is recruiting an experienced Gas Engineer to join our team in the South East/London region. You will carry out day-to-day repairs, fault finding and servicing visits for social housing clients, delivering high standards and first-time fixes where possible.

The successful candidate will hold valid ACS and other gas qualifications, a full UK driving licence (less than 6 points) and a commitment to excellent customer service.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
