Job summary

Sureserve Group, via Sureserve Compliance South, is seeking an experienced Gas Engineer to join our London & South East team. You will carry out repairs, fault finding, and servicing visits, aiming for first-time fixes and high customer satisfaction.

Applicants must hold valid ACS and relevant gas qualifications with a full UK driving licence. Social housing experience is welcome but not essential; we value service delivery and working with diverse customers.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
