Job summary

The Sureserve Group is a leading provider of compliance and energy services across the UK. This role within Sureserve Compliance South focuses on carrying out day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing visits for social housing clients in London and the South East.

You will work to high standards, prioritise first-time fixes, and maintain excellent customer service. A valid ACS qualification and a full UK driving licence are essential, with remote DBS checks as part of eligibility

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service; ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Requirements

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
