Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivers heating services within the social housing sector across London & the South East. You will carry out day-to-day repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing visits while meeting first-time fix targets and maintaining high-quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and timely attendance, with a focus on gas work and safety; ACS qualifications are required and a valid UK driving licence is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS and other gas qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence (2 points or fewer).
• Experience in social housing is desirable but not essential.

Role

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
