Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is recruiting an experienced Gas Engineer in London. You will perform day-to-day repairs, fault finding and annual servicing visits for social housing contracts, aiming for first-time fixes and high customer satisfaction.

Applicants should hold ACS Gas qualifications, a Full UK Driving Licence (no more than six points), and demonstrate excellent customer service.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
