Job summary

Sureserve Group seeks an experienced Gas Engineer to join our expanding team. You will be responsible for gas repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing across our social housing contracts in the UK. The role emphasizes quality standards and delivering excellent customer service.

Applicants should hold valid ACS gas qualifications and a full UK driving licence (≤6 points). Housing experience is desirable but not essential; strong communication with diverse customers is required.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS and other gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience in social housing is desirable.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs

• Fault finding

• Completing annual servicing visits

• Meeting first-time fix targets

• Maintaining high-quality standards

• Focusing on customer satisfaction

• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

Successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications

• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)

• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential

• Experience delivering high levels of customer service

• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
