Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is recruiting an experienced Gas Engineer to join its team in the London & South East region. You will carry out day-to-day repairs, fault finding and annual servicing visits, while meeting first-time fix targets and maintaining high quality standards.

The role emphasizes customer satisfaction and timely attendance, with a focus on working with a diverse customer base.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
