The ideal candidate has proven gas servicing experience, ACS qualifications (CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1), a full UK driving licence, and a professional, customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out gas servicing and planned maintenance across domestic properties.
• Diagnosing faults and completing boiler breakdowns and repairs.
• Identify and resolve heating and hot water issues efficiently.
• Ensure work complies with Gas Safe regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants/clients.
• Complete paperwork, service records and compliance documentation.
• Update job progress using electronic systems.
• Participate in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).

Gas Service & Repair Engineer - Liverpool

Salary: £35,875-£42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Liverpool (L9, L10, L11, L35)

Contract: Permanent, PAYE

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with on-call requirements)

On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join an established heating and maintenance team covering the L9, L10, L11, L35 postcode areas.

You will be responsible for maintaining domestic heating and hot water systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service across domestic properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carrying out gas servicing and planned maintenance across domestic properties.
• Diagnosing faults and completing boiler breakdowns and repairs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Valid ACS qualifications, including CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
• A professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.
