Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to service and repair domestic heating systems across CW/WA6 areas. The role operates on a permanent PAYE basis with a 40-hour week and an on-call rota. A company vehicle and benefits package accompany the position.

You will diagnose faults, perform servicing, and ensure safety and compliance with Gas Safe regulations while delivering excellent customer service to clients and tenants.

Qualifications

• Experience in domestic gas servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of gas safety regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
• Professional, reliable and customer-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Carry out gas servicing and planned maintenance across domestic properties.
• Diagnose faults and complete boiler breakdowns/repairs.
• Identify and resolve heating and hot water issues efficiently.
• Ensure work complies with Gas Safe regulations and industry standards.
• Provide excellent customer service to tenants and clients.
• Complete paperwork, service records and compliance documentation.
• Update job progress accurately using electronic systems.
• Participate in on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).

Salary: £35,875 –£42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Crewe(Covering all CW and WA6 postcode areas)

Contract: Permanent, PAYE

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with on-call requirements)

On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (increases with service)

The Role
