Example Recruitment Group is recruiting on behalf of a well-established national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

The role covers CP12 landlord gas safety checks, fault finding and repairs on central heating systems, and delivering excellent customer care to tenants and clients.

Qualifikationen

• 2 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer.
• Experience in servicing boilers and gas appliances with strong fault-finding and repair skills.
• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment).

The Role:

• Landlord Gas Safety Checks (CP12s)
• Fault finding and repairs on central heating systems.
• Providing high levels of customer care when dealing with tenants and clients
• Ensure all Health & Safety requirements and legislation are followed including Risk Assessments, Safe Systems of Work, and COSHH records

Requirements:

• 2 years’ experience as a qualified gas/heating engineer
• Experience in servicing boilers, and gas appliances as well as strong fault-finding/diagnostic and repair skills.
• ACS qualifications incl. CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1 & HTR1
• Full UK Driving Licence
• No unspent criminal convictions (DBS Check to be carried out on offer of employment)

The Package:

• 40 hours per week Monday to Friday
• Overtime paid at hourly rate
• Van, tools, PPE/uniform, and PDA provided.
• Salary: £41,000 - £43,000 per annum (DOE)
• Out of Hours call out on rota basis. Paid either on price per job or hourly decided by engineer
