Nuco Solutions Ltd. is hiring a Gas Service & Repair Engineer in Manchester to maintain domestic heating and hot water systems. You’ll work across multiple postcodes, ensuring safe and efficient operation while delivering excellent customer service to tenants and clients.

Qualifications

• Domestic gas servicing experience required.
• ACS qualifications CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1 and CKR1.
• Full UK driving licence and strong knowledge of gas safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out gas servicing and planned maintenance across domestic properties.
• Diagnosing faults and completing boiler breakdowns and repairs.
• Identifying and resolving heating and hot water issues efficiently.
• Ensuring all work complies with Gas Safe regulations and industry standards.
• Providing excellent customer service when working with tenants and clients.
• Completing all required paperwork and compliance documentation.
• Updating job progress accurately using electronic systems.
• Participating in the on-call rota (1 in 4 weeks).

Gas Service & Repair Engineer – Manchester

Salary: £35,875 –£42,000 per annum, depending on experience

Location: Oldham (Covering M3, M5, M6, M7, M27, M28, M30, M38, M44, M50 postcode areas)

Contract: Permanent, PAYE

Working Hours: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday (with on-call requirements)

On-Call: 1 in 4 weeks

Holiday: 20 days plus bank holidays (increases with service)

The Role

We are looking for an experienced Gas Service & Repair Engineer to join an established heating and maintenance team covering M3, M5, M6, M7, M27, M28, M30, M38, M44, M50 areas.

You will be responsible for maintaining domestic heating and hot water systems, ensuring they operate safely and efficiently while delivering a high standard of customer service across domestic properties.

• Ability to diagnose faults and work independently.
