Responsibilities

• Carrying out boiler installation and replacement work within social housing contracts.
• Perform full pipework and radiator replacement tasks as required.
• Work within 45 minutes radius of Croydon and coordinate with the housing contractor.

Example Recruitment Group is currently partnering with a national heating contractor operating within the local authority sector.

They require a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract.

Contract Details

• Location: Within 45 mins of Croydon
• Contract: Southern Housing
• Work Type: Boiler Installations
• Gas Boiler Type: Likely installing Vaillant or Ideal
• Contract Property Portfolio: The portfolio is a combination of both houses and flats, BUT significantly more flats/apartments than houses.
• Commitment: Minimum 3 days per week
• Contract Length: 6 months+
• Payment terms: Weekly one week in arrears

Agreed Install inductions for contractors will take place w/c 5th October
