Example Recruitment Group is seeking a self-employed heating engineer for a long-term social housing contract near Croydon. The job involves boiler and radiator replacements, pipework tasks, and working within a 45-minute radius of Croydon.

Requirements include 2+ years of heating engineer experience, ACS CKR1/HTR1, Gas Safe registration, a calibrated Flue Gas Analyser, and a clean DBS check. Panel van provided; weekly pay and long-term work are offered.

Competenze

• 2 years of qualified experience as a heating engineer.
• ACS qualifications CKR1 (Gas Cookers) & HTR1 (Gas Fires).
• Gas Safe Registration.
• Calibrated Flue Gas Analyser.
• Clean DBS Check.
• No more than 6 points on Driving Licence.
• Panel van (plain or sign written).

Mansioni

• Carrying out boiler installation and replacement work within social housing contracts.
• Perform full pipework and radiator replacement tasks as required.
• Work within 45 minutes radius of Croydon and coordinate with the housing contractor.
