Job summary

Nuco Solutions Ltd. is seeking a skilled Service & Breakdown Engineer to cover North and East London, delivering servicing and repairs to gas-fired boilers in occupied and unoccupied properties.

You will work a 45-hour week with a 1 in 4 on-call rota, and participate in out-of-hours cover as scheduled by the client. The role requires a minimum of 8 years gas experience, Social Housing exposure, and ACS CKR1/HTR1; a clean DBS and driving licence are also important.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years qualified in Gas.
• Previous Social Housing experience.
• Full relevant ACS – CKR1 and HTR1.
• Availability Monday to Friday.
• Clean DBS.
• Clean Driving Licence preferred.

Responsibilities

• Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.
• Meet client specifications in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation.
• Work 45 hours per week with a 1 in 4 call-out rota.
• Participate in out-of-hours emergency call-outs on a rota basis.
• Ongoing training and progression opportunities.

THE ROLE

Salary & Working Area

• Salary: £40-42K basic
• Enhanced rates for ECO & OOH
• OTE £45k- 50K
• Area of work: North and East London (E17, N16, E9, N22, E1 postcodes)

Package Overview

• Carry out servicing and remedial repairs to gas fired heating boilers within occupied and unoccupied properties.
• To meet the requirement and expectations of the Client or his/her representative in accordance with the Clients detailed specification, in a timely fashion and in compliance with current gas legislation.
• 45 hours per week
• Call out rota: 1 in 4 weeks
• To take part in ‘out-of-hours’ emergency call out on a rota basis - Schedule : Monday - Friday
