Job summary

Handy is seeking a Parts Advisor to support our growing after-sales team in Swindon. You will help trade and consumer customers identify and order the correct parts for lawnmowers and garden equipment.

You will respond to enquiries by phone, email and online, identify parts using catalogues, process orders, quotes and invoices, and support both B2B and B2C parts websites. Training is provided and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• Experience in parts sales (lawnmower, garden machinery or automotive preferred)
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Good computer skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Technical knowledge of engines or garden machinery is an advantage — but not essential

Responsibilities

• Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email and online
• Identifying correct parts using catalogues and lookup systems
• Processing orders, quotes, and invoices using our stock system
• Supporting B2B and B2C parts website admin
• Liaising with suppliers and technicians to source parts
• Providing product advice and technical support
• Handling returns and complaints professionally
