Job summary

911 Staffing Ltd in Swindon is recruiting a Parts Advisor to join a well established automotive parts dealership. You will work as part of the Sales Team handling enquiries by phone and email, assist customers at the trade counter, and process orders with accuracy.

The role is permanent, hours are Mon-Fri 8am-5:30pm with alternate Saturday mornings 8am-12:30pm. Salary £35K per annum, easily accessible by public transport.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service experience and ability to build relationships.
• Capable of working in a busy team to deliver results.
• Organised with great attention to detail.
• IT skills and proficiency with various systems & Microsoft Office.
• Resilient when handling demanding customers with composure.
• Willingness to learn and develop knowledge of products.
• Team player who can also work independently.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication.
• Knowledge of car parts and MAM system preferred but training provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer enquiries via phone and email: pricing, stock, delivery times.
• Assist walk-in customers at the trade counter to place or collect orders.
• Maintain and develop relationships to optimise sales.
• Process customer parts orders accurately and keep updated.
• Contribute to a positive team performance.
• Develop knowledge of products to assist customers effectively.
