Kemp Recruitment Limited is currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Advisor to join a well-established dealership near Ashford. You'll be at the heart of the business, ensuring engineers, workshop technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time, using your product knowledge and attention to detail.

If you have experience in agricultural or groundcare machinery, a good mechanical understanding, and excellent customer service and IT skills, this role offers genuine career

Qualifications

• Experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts role.
• Experience in agricultural, groundcare, plant or related machinery sectors.
• Good mechanical understanding and ability to identify machinery parts.
• Excellent customer service, communications skills and IT skills.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise in a busy environment.
• GOLD system experience is advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Ensure engineers, workshop technicians and customers have the right parts at the right time.
• Source parts for the workshop and support customers at the counter or over the phone.
• Apply product knowledge and attention to detail to keep operations running smoothly.
• Maintain high levels of service and contribute to efficient dealership operations.

The Opportunity

As a Parts Advisor, you'll be at the heart of the dealership, ensuring engineers, workshop technicians, and customers have the right parts at the right time. You'll use your product knowledge, attention to detail, and customer service skills to keep everything running smoothly.

Whether you're sourcing parts for the workshop or supporting customers at the counter or over the phone, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and keeping the business operating efficiently.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Parts Advisor or in a similar parts role.
• Experience within the agricultural, groundcare, plant, or related machinery sectors.
• A good mechanical understanding and the ability to identify machinery parts.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong IT skills and confidence using dealership or parts management systems.
• The ability to stay organised, prioritise workloads, and perform well in a busy environment.
• A proactive attitude with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience using the GOLD system would be advantageous, but it's not essential.

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
• Saturday mornings: 8:00am – 12:00pm on a rota basis.
