Qualifications

• Capable of meeting the physical demands of hard and soft landscaping work.
• Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• A full UK driving licence is required.

Responsibilities

• Carry out mowing, trimming, weeding, and other tasks to maintain outdoor spaces.
• Assist with constructing and installing landscape elements.
• Dig, cultivate, and prepare soil for planting.
• Work closely with team leaders for efficient operations.
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely.
• Plant, prune, and maintain various vegetation.
• Troubleshoot, service, and repair equipment.
• Ensure Health and Safety procedures are followed.
• Support plant propagation and safe removal of unwanted vegetation.
• Assist with pest management treatments and plant nutrition programmes.
