Job summary

• Leadership experience at scale in facilities management or workforce services.
• Strong ownership of a major P&L, with revenue and margin growth record.
• Exceptional commercial acumen including pricing, modelling and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Lead a large, geographically dispersed workforce services business with full commercial accountability.
• Own and manage a substantial P&L, driving revenue growth, margin improvement and commercial performance.
• Develop and implement robust pricing strategies and commercial models.
• Build high-performing leadership teams and create a culture of accountability and excellence.
• Identify opportunities to expand specialist services within client portfolios.
• Support business development, proposals, and senior client engagement.
• Drive innovation across workforce management, technology, systems and service delivery.
• Create frameworks and standards to improve efficiency and performance.
• Develop strategic supplier partnerships to enhance service quality and reduce costs.
