Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills in person and on the phone.
• Ability to handle numbers for basic cash handling and discounts.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and the community.
• Support clients in person and over the phone, arrange family visits, answer questions.
