Job summary

Co-op Funeralcare is hiring a Mobile Funeral Arranger to cover Crewe and surrounding areas. The role involves travel to meet families, arranging visits and supporting clients both in person and over the phone.

You will maintain a professional, welcoming environment and handle client documentation using digital systems. It is a part-time role (18.75 hours/week) with a salary of £13.47 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• You’ll need a full manual UK driver’s licence for this job.
• Be comfortable with physical duties and regulatory duties as part of the role.
• Full training and ongoing support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Travel to meet clients and build relationships in the community.
• Support clients in person and by phone with arrangements.
• Keep the funeral home clean, safe and welcoming; report maintenance issues.
• Use digital systems to manage client documents, arrangements and invoicing.
• Refer regulated work to Funeral Plan Arrangers team.
