The Opportunity

Based at Dutton & Hallmark Funeral Services - Hoole, our Funeral Arrangers are a very special part of our team: caring and organised, they offer a warm welcome and guide our families through the whole funeral process. They combine excellent interpersonal and listening skills with attention to detail and accurate administrative work. Responsibilities include ensuring all relevant paperwork and documentation is completed accurately and on time, and providing a detailed handover to the Funeral Director so that every detail goes to plan on the day.

Our Funeral Arrangers play an important role within the community, building strong working relationships and organising fundraising activities to support local organisations. You will also be on the out-of-hours and on-call rota, which provides an opportunity to earn additional payments. This role offers the potential to train as a Funeral Director to support the business needs.
