Job summary

Meraki Talent in Jersey is seeking a Fund Administrator to join our Corporate and Fund Services team. You will perform administration for a number of funds and companies, contribute to governance, regulatory compliance, and client servicing, and support the production of board packs and statutory filings.

You will also handle payments and reconciliations, act as the day-to-day point of contact for clients and third parties, and assist with client onboarding and CDD reviews with risk assessments.

Qualifications

• Experience in fund administration or fund services is required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential.
• Excellent analytical and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Perform administration for a number of funds and companies (fund admin, corporate governance, regulatory compliance, client servicing).
• Produce high quality board packs and statutory filings.
• Prepare payments and reconciliations.
• Act as day-to-day point of contact for clients and third parties.
• Onboard clients and conduct CDD reviews with risk assessments.
