Zusammenfassung

Ocorian in Jersey seeks a capable funds administrator to deliver high-quality corporate and client administration services, ensuring regulatory and governance obligations are met. You’ll manage client entities, maintain records, and act as a primary contact for clients while coordinating distributions and reporting.

Qualifikationen

• Educated to A-Level or degree standard, with a minimum of 1years' experience in funds, trust, corporate administration or a related financial services environment.
• Sound understanding of local funds, company and trust regulations, with the ability to apply this knowledge in a client-focused environment.
• Desirable: A relevant professional qualification such as CGI, STEP or equivalent, together with experience using corporate administration and client management systems.

Aufgaben

• Manage a portfolio of client entities, ensuring activities are carried out in accordance with governing documents, regulatory obligations and client requirements.
• Serve as a key day-to-day contact for clients, developing trusted relationships and delivering a high standard of service.
• Coordinate investor distribution activities and support the timely delivery of corporate administration and client reporting requirements.
• Work closely with Client Accounting Solutions and other stakeholders to support accounting, annual accounts, billing and related financial processes.
• Maintain accurate statutory records, client databases and documentation, ensuring information remains current and compliant.
• Monitor portfolio performance, including billing and aged debt management, helping to support strong operational and commercial outcomes.
• Participate in client reviews, identify potential risks or issues and highlight matters appropriately to management.
• Support the development of junior colleagues through coaching, knowledge sharing and collaboration across the team.
