Job summary

A leading global investment manager is seeking a Fund Accountant in City of London. This hybrid role involves oversight of third party administrators for NAV calculations and investor reporting, serving as the main contact for fund managers. Ideally suited for newly qualified accountants (ACA/ACCA), applicants with experience in real estate fund audits and strong technical skills are preferred. This position offers a chance to assist in fund setups and work closely with auditors.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Fund audit (dealing with REITs or other listed structures) is preferred but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of third party administrators for NAV calculations and Investor Reporting.
• Main point of contact for Fund Managers and senior stakeholders for support around fund structuring.
• Assist with acquisitions and disposals of Funds.
• Assist with setting up funds from scratch.
• Work closely with auditors.

Responsibilities

• Oversight of third party administrators for NAV calculations, Investor Reporting etc
• Will be main point of contact for Fund Managers and other senior stakeholders offering support around structuring of funds with close liquidity management
• Assist with acquisitions & disposals of Funds you are working on
• Assisting with setting up funds from scratch
• Working closely with auditors

Requirements

• Newly Qualified Accountant (ACA, or ACCA) from practice or fund administrators
• Experience in Real Estate Fund audit (dealing with REITs or other listed structures) is preferred but not essential
• Strong technical experience
