A leading educational organization in Stradishall is seeking a Functional Skills Maths and English Tutor to deliver tutoring to prison-based learners. You will develop skills and knowledge while supporting learners with their long-term goals. The ideal candidate must have a minimum grade 4 GCSE and substantial experience in teaching. This role requires innovative training methods to engage learners and assure successful outcomes. You will be joining an organization dedicated to transforming lives and improving public sector rehabilitation services.

Salary: From £30,000
You will deliver tutoring, working with small groups of prison-based learners to develop their skills, knowledge and behaviours while supporting them with their long‑term goals and aspirations.
Their Tutors ensure that the appropriate training plans are in place and that the advice and guidance is given when required while ensuring they deliver the highest level of quality courses that engage with the learners and help them to reach their potential.
If you don't currently hold a teaching or assessing qualification, they are able to support you through the appropriate qualifications and assessments, as part of your probationary period.
