Teacher - Reception Class
Location: NP25
Start: January (Two-term placement)
Pay: £172.98 per day

Are you an experienced Primary Teacher looking for a meaningful long-term role where you can make a genuine difference? Teaching Personnel are recruiting for a dedicated and compassionate Reception Teacher to join a welcoming and values-driven primary school in the Monmouth area.

The Role
  • Deliver engaging, creative and age-appropriate learning experiences for early learners.
  • Foster a supportive classroom where pupils feel safe, valued and inspired to grow.
  • Promote positive behaviour and use strong behaviour management strategies to maintain a purposeful learning environment.
  • Support pupils with Additional Learning Needs, ensuring they are fully included and able to thrive.
  • Work collaboratively with staff to uphold inclusive practice and contribute to the school's caring community ethos.
  • Celebrate diversity and promote values of equality, respect, and belonging.
