Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers to join our team across Supported Living services, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism and complex needs to live independently. Roles cover in-home and community support with development opportunities and a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Responsibilities

Support service users to lead a full and active life aligned with their wishes and plans.
Help individuals stay safe and safeguard their welfare from abuse where possible.
Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care tasks.
Be informal contact for families and social workers involved.
Report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare.
