Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a Support Worker to join our teams across Supported Living services, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs live as independently as possible in their own homes and in the community.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Help keep service users safe, safeguarding their welfare and reporting concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, and personal care at home.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and protect others.
