Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Specialist Support Workers to join our team across Supported Living Services, enabling individuals to live as independently as possible. Roles involve helping clients in their own homes and out in the community, with interview questions provided in advance to highlight your authentic self.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6–12 months experience in care.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to support with personal care and daily living activities.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their wishes and plans.
• Help service users stay safe and report safeguarding concerns.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centered approach.
• Assist with community activities, finances, medication, and practical tasks at home.
• Serve as a point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and document health and wellbeing concerns.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and support welfare.
