Qualifications

• Caring and compassionate with a genuine passion for helping service users lead a full life.
• Value-based recruitment; previous care sector experience not required.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Help service users stay safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, personal care, hygiene and healthcare.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report health and wellbeing issues.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
