Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers to join our team across our Supported Living Services, in clients' homes and in the community, helping individuals live as independently as possible.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and individual care plans.
• Support individuals to stay safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication, practical tasks, and personal care as needed.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record issues related to care and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and promote welfare of others.
