Job summary

Eden Futures in the UK is hiring Support Workers across our Supported Living services to help adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental ill health live as independently as possible, at home and in the community.

We offer training and development, including Care Certificate and apprenticeships, and celebrate staff with recognition programs; the role pays £12.71 per hour based on a 42‑hour week (about £27,758 per year).

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and care plans.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguard their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, home tasks, personal care and healthcare.
• Be an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report and record issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations.
