Job summary

Eden Futures is seeking a dedicated Support Worker in Lincoln to help adults with learning disabilities live as independently as possible. Roles cover in-home support and community activities, with training and development pathways available. The role is full-time, pays £12.71 per hour (approx. £27,758.64 per year for a 42-hour week), and includes a £500 refer-a-friend bonus.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life according to their plans.
• Help keep service users safe and safeguarded from harm.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medication and personal care.
• Be an informal point of contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report health and wellbeing issues as they arise.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and welfare of others.
