Job summary

Eden Futures is recruiting Support Workers to join our teams across supported living services in their own homes and in the community, helping adults with learning disabilities, autism, and related needs live as independently as possible.

We value people first, offer pathways for development, and provide training, e-learning, and tailored development plans. A £500 refer-a-friend bonus is available and sponsorship is not offered for this position.

Responsibilities

• Support service users to lead a full and active life in line with their wishes and plans.
• Help users stay safe and protect their welfare.
• Provide emotional support with a person-centred approach.
• Assist with social activities, finances, medications, and personal care.
• Serve as an informal contact for families and social workers.
• Accurately report issues to monitor health and wellbeing.
• Comply with Health and Safety regulations and safeguarding.
