Job summary

Flogas is looking for an I&M Fulfilment Planner to manage civil work installations from scheduling through to commissioning. You will coordinate non-crane vehicle jobs using our in-house system and maintain strong relationships with engineers and customers.

The role demands good organisational and interpersonal skills, effective communication across all levels, and the ability to work flexibly, including out-of-hours when required.

Qualifications

• Be able to build strong working relationships with engineers.
• Good organisational skills.
• Interpersonal skills for cross-level communication.
• Able to communicate with customers directly and handle issues.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Willing to work outside normal hours when required.
• Flexible working approach with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Schedule non-crane vehicle jobs using the in-house system per SLA.
• Manage engineers' holidays and standby requirements.
• Ensure timely processing of paperwork and data.
• Raise additional work orders from completed work.
• Ensure work is completed to department SLA.
• Ensure materials for the work are ordered.
