Flogas Britain is seeking an I&M Fulfilment Planner to oversee scheduling of non-crane vehicle jobs and coordinate engineers’ holidays while ensuring timely work-order processing and data accuracy. You will raise new orders from completed work and verify materials are ordered to meet SLA targets.

The role supports a transition toward renewable energy while maintaining reliable LPG service across the UK. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this

Qualifications

• Strong relationship building with engineers
• Good organisational skills and methodical working
• Excellent communication with colleagues and customers
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools

Responsibilities

• Schedule non-crane vehicle jobs through in-house system per SLA
• Manage engineers holidays and standby requirements
• Process completed work orders and critical data
• Raise additional work orders from finished work
• Ensure work meets department SLA
• Ensure materials for work are ordered
